SET UP YOUR CLAUDE WORKSPACE
Quick Personal Claude AI Setup

Getting set up and getting comfortable with Claude. Today you configure Claude to know who you are, what you’re working on, and where your work lives. We walk you through everything you need to be operational — your account, your tools, your workspace, and the foundations your entire Thesis OS runs on. Total time: ~30 minutes.

01
HOW TO THINK & WORK WITH CLAUDE
Prompt, Context & Thinking with AI

Claude is only as good as the task, context, and standards you give it. This session teaches you how to work with Claude in a more deliberate way so it becomes a real thinking partner for your thesis, not just a chatbot that gives polished but shallow answers.

02
CLAUDE PROJECTS
The four Claude Projects that run your thesis research.

A thesis requires continuity, context, and evolving judgment. In this session, you will learn how to use Claude Projects to create a thesis workspace that holds your sources, aims, methods, and standards over time — so Claude can better support the real work of research, analysis, and writing.

03
CLAUDE SKILLS FOR RESEARCH
Three Claude Skills your thesis will run on for the next year.

Most people use AI for research in a random way. One day they ask one kind of question. The next day they use a different process. That makes the results uneven, shallow, and hard to evaluate. Claude Skills help you turn research into a repeatable method. You can define the exact steps Claude should follow each time: how to search, compare sources, check arguments, structure findings, and produce the final output.

04
CLAUDE CONNECTORS
Stop uploading. Start connecting your tools.

Up to now, your Projects only knew what you manually uploaded. That works for setup — but it breaks by week three, when your Drive has 40 thesis files, the literature on your topic keeps growing every week, and your supervisor sent you another email yesterday. In this session, you connect Claude to where your thesis actually lives — Drive, Consensus, and Gmail — so your Thesis OS works on live material, every time.

05
WRITING STUDIO
Spine to first draft. Three chapters today.

You have processed your papers. You have a synthesis saved in Drive. You know what the literature actually says. Today you turn that thinking into chapter writing — lit review, introduction, methodology — three first-draft chapters in your voice, all saved in your Google Drive Thesis folder. We will add new Skills first, build a write-like-me.md file second, custom instructions edited third, drafting last. ‘Doing these things in this order is the work.’

06
CHAPTER WRITING
Stop staring at the blank page. Draft any section, repeatably.

You've built four Projects, three Skills, three live connections, and you've learned Cowork. Now everything you've built converges into one workflow — a section-drafting protocol you'll run every time you sit down to write. Install the chapter-writer Skill, follow the protocol, and produce a real first draft of one section in 90 minutes — not 90 minutes of staring.

07
THESIS ASSEMBLY
From scattered chapters to one defensible thesis.

You have chapters. You have drafts. Now you need to assemble them into one document — internally consistent, properly cited, with introduction and conclusion that hold the whole arc together. Install the thesis-assembler Skill. Run its four modes across two weeks. By the end, your thesis is submission-ready — and you’re ready to defend it.
